Content Policy
The initial Octopus Camera release accepts only a solo photo of your adult self. You must expressly confirm this before every generation.
Allowed content
You may use a photo of your adult self that you have the right to upload, choose a published platform template, and create lawful personal portraits, art portraits, or editorial-style images.
Prohibited content
- Any minor or person who appears to be a minor.
- A third party, friend, family member, celebrity, political figure, public figure, or person without express consent.
- Sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, CSAM, or nudification.
- Impersonation, fraud, harassment, hate, illegal violence, encouragement of self-harm, or unlawful activity.
- Material that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, image, or other rights.
Detection and enforcement
We and model providers can use automated or limited human review to enforce this policy. A rejected job normally releases reserved credits. Serious or repeated violations can result in content deletion, account suspension, evidence preservation, and reports required by law.
Reports
Send copyright, image-rights, privacy, or safety reports to roadhogwhatever@gmail.com with the affected content, basis of rights, and contact information. Do not email suspected illegal imagery itself.
