Choose a source photo that gives the template a fair chance

Clear input helps the model preserve your main facial features. Use a recent, well-lit photo of your adult self.

What works well

• One person, front-facing or slightly turned, with eyes and face outline clearly visible.
• Natural or even indoor light, without a heavy beauty filter.
• JPEG, PNG, or WebP, at least 768 pixels on the long side, and no larger than 10 MB.

What to avoid

• Group photos, strong motion blur, sunglasses, or hands covering the face.
• Photos of celebrities, political figures, friends, family, or anyone under 18.
• Screenshots, watermarks, brand marks, or material you do not have the right to upload.
