Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Payment Terms, Refund Policy, and Content Policy. You must provide a working email and protect your password.
2. Service scope
Octopus Camera provides credit-priced image tools. The first tool lets you choose from platform-cleared templates and upload one photo of your adult self to create one result. Tools, templates, prices, and models can change, but we will not silently change an existing purchased credit balance.
3. Your upload and consent
You may upload only a photo containing you. You confirm that you are 18 or older, hold the necessary rights, and expressly consent to the AI transformation. Do not upload friends, family, celebrities, political figures, minors, or another person without permission. You keep your rights in uploads and grant Octopus Camera a limited license to process them to provide, secure, and improve the service.
4. Generated results
To the extent allowed by law and provider terms, you may use the result delivered to you. Octopus Camera does not promise that a result is copyrightable, fully original, free of third-party rights, suitable for a specific commercial use, or a perfect identity match. Results can differ from previews.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not bypass identity or age rules; create fraudulent, impersonating, sexual, non-consensual intimate, hateful, illegally violent, or rights-infringing content; probe or disrupt the service; scrape at scale; resell accounts; or avoid credit charges.
6. Suspension and termination
We can reject jobs, remove content, or suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations. You can delete your account in account settings. Deletion clears unused credits and does not normally trigger a cash refund.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid Octopus Camera in the 12 months before the claim. Liability that law does not allow us to exclude remains unaffected.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. The operating entity legal name, registered address, governing law, and dispute process must be completed and reviewed by counsel before paid launch. Contact roadhogwhatever@gmail.com.
