Payment Terms
1. One-time credit packs
Octopus Camera currently offers non-subscription packs of 80 credits for $4.99, 240 credits for $11.99, and 600 credits for $24.99. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. The product page and Waffo Pancake hosted checkout control the price and credit quantity at purchase.
2. Credit delivery and use
Only a verified, signed payment-completion event can increase your balance. A success return page never grants credits. Each tool shows its charge before it runs. Credits are reserved at job start, finalized after result delivery, and released after a confirmed delivery failure.
3. Expiry, transfers, and accounts
Purchased credits currently do not expire. They cannot be transferred, sold, merged between accounts, or redeemed for cash. Promotional credits can have separate expiry terms. Remaining credits are lost when you delete an account.
4. Chargebacks and refunds
A refund or chargeback can reverse the related credit grant. If credits were already used and the balance cannot be reversed, the account can be suspended for manual resolution. Monetary refund rules appear in the Refund Policy.
5. Payment provider
Waffo Pancake hosts checkout and processes payment details. Its own terms and privacy policy also apply. Octopus Camera-specific store and product configuration must be completed before live charging begins.
